Once your coverage begins, you can request service 24/7 online or through our active website. You can also call our hotline and trunk line number to request service.

Is there a limit to the number of repairs during my contract term ?

No, we do not place a limit on the number of covered repairs. Although there are some coverage limitations and exclusions, these may apply. Please review the contract for the specific list of coverage limitations and exclusions.

We thought the issue was fixed, but it's not. Can the contractor come back ?

Definitely. We offer a 30-day guarantee, which means if you have an issue regarding your completed repair within 30-days of service, we'll send a contractor back out for free.

Can I customize my payment options ?

You can pay monthly or annually. You can also pay by checking account, credit, or debit card.

How much do I pay when I request service ?

We only ask for payment on the trade professional fee that comes to your home to provide service.  Depending on your plan, some coverage limits or exclusions may apply.

Will I have any out-of-pocket expenses ?

Subjectively, if your home repair situation has become worsen from the time of inspection, you could have. In addition, you may be responsible for any repair or service costs that aren’t covered by your home warranty.

Doesn’t a manufacturer's warranty cover the same things a home warranty does ?

A manufacturer's warranty typically covers the failed part of a single appliance or system, but it doesn't always cover the cost of the labor or repair. We will either repair or replace your covered items – or find an alternative solution.

What is a "Scheduled Home Maintenance" ?

Scheduled home maintenance is a proactive approach to keeping ahead of costly home repair issues. Covered by quarterly/monthly visits from the same qualified technician, you can be rest assured that the small issues are getting resolved.

What is a Quarterly Visit ?

A Quarterly Visit is a prescheduled visit to your home by your certified technician. During this visit, a  seasonal check of your home, as well as repairs from your maintenance list, will be done.

What do you cover ?

We can correct or repair virtually any problem through the time that your technician has at your home. We can do whatever we can accomplish in the regular Quarterly Visits.
